Haryana MCA 2013 – How to apply

The admissions for MCA are done on the basis of the merit of Online Entrance Test-OLET (MCA) 2013 and online counselling carried out by HSCS through NIC. In case of Kashmiri Migrants (KM) category, the admission is done on the basis of merit of Online Entrance Test-OLET (MCA) 2013 and online counselling carried out on www.tehadmissions.gov.in.

· The test fees for Online entrance test MCA-2013 is Rs. 500/- and it should be deposited in the account of Haryana State Counselling Society through http://onlinetesthry.nic.in.

· Candidates need to get registered on http://onlinetesthry.nic.in and receive a unique Application number. This application number should be used for any correspondence with HSCS, Panchkula.

· Once the registration is completed, candidates can generate OLET fee deposition slip from http://onlinetesthry.nic.in

· Applicants are required to deposit this OLET fee deposition slip in any computerized branches of Axis or PNB banks.

· The fees should be deposited before sending Application form to HSCS, Panchkula.

GCET MCA 2013 – How to apply

Online Registration

· Candidates need to visit the website of the university at http://www.gtu.ac.in for online registration. Candidates should download the Fee Challan form from the website and get its printout.

· Candidates are required to make payment for the fees using the printed Challan Form at the designated branches of the bank mentioned on the university website.

· University has set up various help centres for the exam and the copy of the challan should be given to any of these help centres.

· Candidates can receive the information bulletin along with their User Id and password from the help centres.

· Online registration can be completed using User ID and password obtained along with information bulletin.

GMAT – Graduate Management Admission Test 2013

GMAT (Graduate Management Admission test) is conducted by US-based Pearson VUE as a pre requisite entrance exam for students for taking admission to business and management courses.

This exam is administered by Graduate Management Admission Council that acts as a worldwide body of graduate business schools. This test is conducted for examining the verbal, analytical and mathematical skills of the candidate.

GMAT 2013 – Important Dates

There is no fixed examination dates for GMAT and it is organised on national level. Applicants can select the examination dates as per their choice. The applicants are required to get registered 3 months prior to their choice of date for the exams (GMAT from September to December). In other cases, the time period of 15 days before the exam date is enough for completing the registration.

GMAT 2013 – Eligibility Criteria

GMAT 2013 – Structure and Syllabus

The GMAT Exam comprises of questions from three sections including Analytical Writing, Quantitative Section and Verbal Section.

The total time duration of GMAT test is 210 minutes.

The time duration for answering this section is 60 minutes.

The questions are designed by the computerised system on the basis of the level of the candidate. If the candidate is performing well then level of difficulty will increase and if he is not performing well, then level of question gets easier.

FMS- Delhi University Entrance Test Faculty of Management Studies 2013

FMS 2013 is conducted by Faculty of Management studies as a prerequisite entrance exam for the students for taking admission to post graduate management courses. FMS is considered as one of the most reputed institutes under Delhi University that offers different management Programmes.

FMS also provide part time management course (Three years course) apart from full time MBA Programmes (Two years). It conducts an entrance test (FMS MBA Test) every year for the selection of eligible candidates into post graduate management programmes.

FMS- 2013 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants who would like to apply for FMS-2013 should fulfil the following eligibility criteria.

· Bachelor’s degree in any stream

· 50% marks are required for Social Science, Arts and Commerce graduates

· 55% marks are required for Science graduates

· 60% marks are required for Mathematics or Statistics graduates

· 60% marks are required for Medicine or Engineering graduates

· Students appearing in the final year exams of graduation are also eligible for applying to the FMS-2013 exam

FMS- 2013 Structure of FMS MBA Test

Applicants are called for a written test conducted by FMS and shortlisted candidates after the written test need to a group discussion, ex-tempore, and a personal interview.

The written entrance test comprises of 200 questions of Multiple objective type format. The total duration of the examination is 120 minutes.

These questions are designed for evaluating the candidates’ knowledge in various sections such as Quantitative ability, Verbal ability, English comprehension and Analytical ability & Logical Reasoning.

The online application fee for the general candidates: Rs.700/-

The online application fee for the SC/ST candidates: Rs.200/-

The candidates need to make payments by using either net banking services or credit cards.

Candidates should read out the instructions completely before filling the online registration form. The incomplete forms are rejected without any notice. The information bulletin has to read carefully and candidate is required to keep his scanned images of photo and signature ready for uploading to the website in the application form.
