Himachal Pradesh University Shimla LLB entrance exam 2013 will be conducted by Himachal Pradesh University as a pre-requisite entrance exam for students for taking admission to LLB course.

 

HP Law Entrance Exam 2013 – Selection process:

 

The candidates are shortlisted by the way of written test conducted by HP University. The shortlisted candidates are required to face further rounds of selection process including personal interview and general discussion.

 

The final selection is done on the basis of weight ages given to various factors:

 

· Written Test (50%)

 

· Past Academic Performance (30%)

 

· Personal Interview (10%)

 

· Group Discussion (10%)

 

Apart from these, the additional marks are also awarded to the candidates for various factors including past academic record, extracurricular activities, etc.

HP Law Entrance Exam 2013 – Eligibility criteria

 

Applicants who would like to apply for HP Law Entrance Exam 2013 should fulfil the following eligibility criteria.

 

· Candidates should be citizen of India and they should have passed the XIIth standard exams from recognised Central or State board.

 

· Candidates should have scored at least 50% marks at senior secondary level in order to apply for admission into Law Colleges

 

· Students who are appearing in their standard XIIth exams can also apply for Himachal Pradesh University Shimla provided they fulfil the eligibility criteria at the time of admission.

 

The reservation is provided to the reserved category students as per the rules of state govt.

 

HP Law Entrance Exam 2013 – Availability of Application forms:

 

· Applicants can purchase the admission form and information booklet from District headquarter post offices and at selected Tehsil Headquarter post offices by making payment of Rs 200 in cash for prescribed application fees. Applicant should send in the completely filled application forms and other documents at the address mentioned in the prospectus.

 

· Applicants can purchase the admission form and information booklet from office of the Dean of Studies, H.P. University, Shimla-5 by making payment of Rs 160 in cash for prescribed application fees. Applicant should send in the completely filled application forms and other documents at the address mentioned in the prospectus.

 

· Applicants can also receive the application form and information booklet through post by sending the request letter along with DD of Rs 200 in favour of “finance officer, H.P. University” payable at Shimla. The request letter should be sent at the following address.

ILNU 2013 – Eligibility Criteria

 

Applicants who would like to apply for ILNU 2013 should fulfil the following eligibility criteria.

 

For BA LL.B

 

· Candidates should have scored at least 50% marks at senior secondary level (10+2) in order to apply for admission into BA LL.B course

 

· Students who are appearing in their XIIth standard exam can also apply for ILNU 2013 provided they fulfil the eligibility criteria at the time of admission.

 

· Candidate should be at least 20 years of age for taking admission to BA LL.B.

 

CLAT BA LLB 2013 – How to apply

 

There are two ways for applying for Common Law Admission Test 2013 including online way and offline way.

 

Online Way

 

Applicants are required to visit the official website of Common Law Admission Test at www.clat.ac.in and download the form. Candidate should completely fill the downloaded form and send it along with DD for prescribed application fees and examination fees. Applicant should mention his/her name, phone number and address on the back of DD.

 

Offline Way

 

Applicants can purchase the admission form from SBI, designated branches of Indian Bank and selected National Law Schools by making payment in cash for prescribed application fees. Applicant should send in the completely filled application forms and other documents at the address mentioned in the prospectus.

 

Applicants can also obtain the form by post by sending a request letter along with DD of Rs. 400/- to the convenor, National Law Institute University. Applicant should mention his/her name, phone number and address on the back of DD. The request letter should be sent to the following address.

ILNU 2013 – How to apply

 

Online

 

Applicants are required to download form online by logging to the official website at www.nirmauni.ac.in/law. Applicants are required to fill in the downloaded application form completely and send it via mail to the concerned address along with the Demand Draft for prescribed application fees.

 

Offline

 

Applicants can also obtain the form by post by sending a request letter along with DD of Rs 1500/- for prescribed application fees. Applicant should mention his/her name, phone number and address on the back of DD. The DD should be drawn in favour of “ Institute of Law, Nirma University” and payable at Ahmedabad.
