Delhi University Law Entrance Exam 2013 will be conducted by Delhi University, as an entrance exam for students for taking admission to LL.B (three year course) and LL.M. DU Law 2013 – Eligibility Criteria

Applicants who would like to apply for DU Law School Entrance Exam 2013 should fulfil the following eligibility criteria.

For LL.B

· Candidates should be citizen of India and they should have passed the graduation in any stream from recognised university

· Candidates should have scored at least 50% marks at graduation in order to apply for admission into Law Colleges

· Widows/wards of ex-servicemen/serving personnel need at least 45% marks at senior secondary level in order to apply for admission into Law Colleges

· ST/SC Candidates need only passing percentage in graduation in order to apply for admission into Law Colleges

· Students who are appearing in their final graduation exam can also apply for DU Law entrance exam 2013 provided they fulfil the eligibility criteria at the time of admission.

For LL.M

· Candidates should have passed LL.B. Degree (3 year/5 year course) with at least 50% marks in order to apply for admission into Law Colleges

· SC/ST/CW/PH candidates need at least 45% marks at LL.B. Degree (3 year/5 year course) in order to apply for admission into Law Colleges

· Students who are appearing in their qualifying degree examination can also apply for DU Law entrance exam 2013 provided they fulfil the eligibility criteria at the time of admission.

DU Law 2013 – How to apply

Online Application

Applicants are required to download form online by logging to the official website at www.du.ac.in

Candidate should keep their digital photo and signature ready as they are required to upload their photo and signature as per the provided instructions on the site.

Applicants are required to fill in the downloaded application form completely and send it via mail to the concerned address along with the Demand Draft of Rs 700/- (Rs 250/- for SC/ST candidates) for prescribed application fees.

The DD should be drawn in favour of “Registrar, University of Delhi” and payable at New Delhi.

Offline Way

Applicants can purchase the admission form from office of the admission committee, faculty of law, by making payment via Demand Draft of Rs 700/- (Rs 250/- for SC/ST candidates) for prescribed application fees. Applicant should send in the completely filled application forms and other documents at the address mentioned in the prospectus.

Applicants can also obtain the form by post by sending a request letter along with DD of Rs 750/- (Rs 300/- for SC/ST candidates) for prescribed application fees. Applicant should mention his/her name, phone number and address on the back of DD.

The DD should be drawn in favour of “Registrar, University of Delhi” and payable at New Delhi.
