MAT stands for Management Aptitude Test and this examination is conducted by AIMA, 4 times in a year. The examination is conducted in February, May, September and December. To apply for this examination, you have to complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline from a recognized University. Eligible candidates can choose any one of the two options to take the test i.e Paper based test OR Computer based test. The paper based test will be held on 02 December 2013  and the computer based test will be starts from 08 December 2013 Onwards.

GMAT – Graduate Management Admission Test 2013

GMAT (Graduate Management Admission test) is conducted by US-based Pearson VUE as a pre requisite entrance exam for students for taking admission to business and management courses.

ENAT – EPSI National Admission Test (ENAT) Entrance Examination 2013

The ENAT(EPSI National Admission test) 2013 will be conducted by EPSI as a pre requisite entrance exam for students for taking admission in under graduate and post graduate courses in medicine, engineering and management. SNAP – Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) 2013

Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) is conducted by Symbiosis International University as a pre-requisite entrance test for students for taking admission to various post graduate management courses offered by the institutes that come under it. There is a negative marking for marking incorrect answers where 0.25 marks are deducted for every incorrect answer and one mark is awarded for every correct answer.

How to Apply for SNAP 2013 test?

The applicants are required to complete the registration online by logging to the official link of SNAP, www.snaptest.org. The fees for SNAP application are Rs 1500 and it should be sent by any of the following mode.

· Pay the amount by cash by downloading the Axis bank challan from the SNAP website and make payment in the selected braches of the bank. Applicants will also receive a Symbiosis copy and student’s copy of the challan.

UKSEE – Uttarakhand State Entrance Examination for MBA admissions 2013

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility of the various post graduate management programmes varies as mentioned below.

· Program: Two years Post Graduate Program in Business Management, PG program in Industrial Relationship and Personal Management

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream or equivalent from a recognized University or Deemed University.

Graduates who are appearing in final year may also apply provided they will submit their degree certificate later.

· Program : One year General Management Program

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream or equivalent from a recognized University or Deemed University in India or foreign countries.

Work experience: Applicants should have 5 years of work experience as full time employee and have appropriate managerial experience after the completion of bachelor’s degree.

· Four year Fellow Program in Management

Educational Qualification: Any one of the following qualification.

Post graduation or equivalent in any stream with minimum 55 %( 50% for SC/ST) of marks CA/ICWAI/CS with 55% of marks

B.E/B.Tech or equivalent with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST)

XAT 2013 Test Pattern:

The XAT test consists of total 127 Questions that are divided into three sections. The time duration of the test is 140 minutes. It comprises an essay of 250-300 words with time limit of 20 minutes and there is time limit of 40 minutes for each section.

Reading Comprehension & English – 40 Questions

Quantitative Ability – 44 Questions

Data Interpretation and Reasoning – 43 Questions

Candidate is given 1 mark for every correct answer and 1/3rd mark is deducted for first five wrong answers followed by deduction of 1/2 mark after 5 questions in every section.

How to Apply for XAT 2013 exam

Applicants who would like to apply for XAT exam can do so by either online and offline way.

Online Registration: Applicants can complete the form online by logging into the website www.xlri.com

Offline Registration: Applicants can also purchase the registration forms from various branches of SBI or from XAT office at XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Applicants should carefully read out the instructions mentioned in the website. Candidate should ensure that the information provided in the form should be supported with required documents. The required documents are required to be sent along with the application form. The latest passport size photograph should be pasted and signature needs to be put in all the desired places.
